Documentary photographer Milton Rogovin died today at the age of 101. Rogovin documented the lives of poor and working class people all over the world. He traveled to West Virginia and Kentucky to photograph miners, returning to Appalachia each summer with his wife, Anne Rogovin, into the early 1970s. His work was important and beautiful.
